Try talent, kindness, and respect.

Hello, Reader, 👋

This article will discuss the importance of treating everyone with genuine respect!

I had the opportunity to edit a video for a well-known celebrity many years ago.

This person is portrayed on camera as extraordinary, smiling, kind, and lovely.

However, behind the scenes, their behavior took a turn for the worse.

As soon as the director called " cut, " this person became mean and rude to the crew and the people around them.

It became clear that this person struggled to maintain positive relationships with talented individuals.

In the entertainment industry, word spreads quickly, whether about someone's good or bad behavior.

My advice is simple: strive to be a good person both on camera and off.

The impact of this celebrity's behavior was significant, not only on the people directly involved on set but even on me weeks after the filming concluded.

Upon witnessing this transformation, I felt that the initial excitement and inspiration were quickly replaced by demotivation.

While it is possible to fake kindness while on set, such a facade will eventually wear thin and become tiresome.

Instead, make a conscious effort to genuinely work on being a kind and respectful individual.

Like any ambition in life, aiming for success requires effort.

This may involve altering how we interact with others and ensuring respect is at the forefront of our interactions.

A producer friend once shared an insightful observation with me: the individuals who have longevity in this industry consistently display kindness toward others.

Regardless of one's talent, a lack of genuine kindness will eventually have negative repercussions.

So, as you share your talents, remember that being friendly and treating others respectfully is of the utmost importance.

Embrace a positive attitude and let it shine through your interactions.

Doing so will enhance your chances of success and contribute to a more positive and harmonious environment for everyone involved.

Good luck! 🙂

Hello, Reader, 👋 Regarding editing, especially for luxury brands, less is always more. The focus should be on the product and the message. It uses simple, subtle graphics, clean transitions like soft cuts and dissolves, and minimal animations. We want to enhance the message, tell a story, and showcase the product without distraction. Keeping the editing style clean and minimalistic allows the audience to engage fully with the luxury brand's offerings. It creates a sense of sophistication and...

Hello, Reader, 👋 A while back, I had an experience with a client that taught me a valuable lesson about communication. The project started smoothly, I was confident in my work and according to the contract, I had fulfilled my promise. However, there was a catch: the raw footage provided by the client was of poor quality. I noticed it but assumed the client knew and I did not mention it. After completing the project, the client was not thrilled with the final result. They felt I should have...

Hello, Reader, 👋 Hello everyone! 🙂👋⁣ For a while now, I have been trying to create a solution for captions that I can fully style for Final Cut Pro. I have tested multiple tools, including some I discovered on GitHub. However, during a recent project, I needed something quick. So, I downloaded "Caption Generator for Final Cut Pro" from the App Store. Mainly because it was free and seemed to have enough of what I needed. After testing it and being happy with the results, I opened the included...
